However, please note: • Natural materials (leather, cotton) may have slight variations in texture and color. • Prices are subject to change without notice and are inclusive of VAT where applicable. • We reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders due to pricing errors or stock unavailability.

Neboer offers nationwide delivery across Nepal. Delivery times are estimates: • Kathmandu Valley: 1-3 business days. • Outside Valley: 3-7 business days. • Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier. Please ensure accurate delivery details are provided.

Your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unused products in original packaging. Some items (custom orders, final sale) may be ineligible. Please see our Returns & Refund page for full details.
